Gnosjö Laserstans AB acquires Henjo Plåtteknik AB
Gnosjö Laserstans AB acquires Henjo Plåtteknik AB from Söderbergföretagen. Gnosjö Laserstans’ corporate group, together with Henjo, will be a complete supplier of sheet metal processing.
The divestment of Henjo Plåtteknik AB is industrially correct and is completely in line with Söderbergföretagen’s focus on building strong, long-term positions within industry-specific areas and niches.
